What do I do if I feel uncomfortable at an event?
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards all harassment and prejudice. If you are made to feel uncomfortable in any way, please do not hesitate to speak to any member of staff and we will help immediately. All staff are trained in safety and awareness including Ask For Angela.
If an event is sold out can I still buy a ticket on the door?
Unfortunately, if an event is sold out, we cannot offer tickets at the door. Sign up to our MEMBERS ONLY PRESALE HERE to be the first to hear show announcements and get exclusive access to tickets before they go on sale!

How do I get to the venue?

Tottenham Court Road station is a 30-second walk from our front doors. The next closest stations are Leicester Square station (6 minutes walk), Covent Garden station (10 minutes), and Oxford Circus station (11 minutes walk).
The nearest bus stops are Tottenham Court Road (Stop T) and Tottenham Court Road (Stop S) on Earnshaw Street.
What are your age restrictions?
Different events have different age restrictions so please check the event listing before you purchase your ticket. If you are not the correct age to attend an event, you will be refused entry, and no refund will be issued.
Proof of age is required at entry and needs to be a valid physical form of photo ID.

Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area outside the venue.

- Knives, Firearms, or any other item that could be used as a weapon
- Large umbrellas
- Laser pens
- Packages/smoke bombs
- Video or recording equipment

Cloakrom
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes! We have two cloakrooms, one on each floor, with E-Lockers. You can pre-book your locker via the link in your DICE ticket confirmation or book on-site using QR codes around the venue.
What’s an E-Locker?
E-Lockers are a hassle-free way to store your belongings at any show! The e-lockers are available to book in advance, making your entry and exit as seamless as possible:
- No queueing upon arrival
- You can easily share your locker with friends
- You can access your locker as many times as you want throughout the show
- There’s no deposit required and no key to return
Medium Locker (£8): ideal for sharing between 1-2 people.
Large Locker (£11): ideal for sharing between 2-3 people.
