The venue comprises of two versatile spaces for hire: The Upstairs venue with a complete cocktail bar and intimate 80 cap space or The Downstairs venue with two bars, a developed foh sound booth, and 250 cap dance floor. All of our spaces can be individually hired or as one venue takeover. Complete with streaming capabilities, lighting rig and an advanced sound system, The Lower Third is the perfect central London location for your music showcase, brand launch, party, panel discussion, photoshoot, or other celebration.
